woots first exercise of the damm year man.. yesterday evening went jogging with my bro.. at punggol park. 2 rounds(2.2km). omg.. lol ran 1 and a half round then rested 5 mins then continued. hehe quite an achievement for a guy who haven done any exercise in da past 5months.. wahaha.. sweat like hell.
i loss 5kg man wohohohoo... OOPS its 0.5kg.. haha

ard 12am meet up with weisheng at our standard prata shop.. certainly we got loads to chat.. and whoho found out that weisheng u SNEAKY BASTARD... U GOOD.. NOW THEN U SAY.. bull la u..
hehe feel happy for u sia.. shall call u MAMA... *SLURPING*
